Gila Valley Temple Dedication

Today, Adam, Myself and McKenzie had the opportunity to participate in the Dedication of one of the newest LDS Temples. We had to get a special ticket from our Bishop and be a baptized member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This was very special to me because this was the first Temple Dedication I have been a part of and I shared this experience with my daughter, McKenzie who was just baptized, who was attending her first Temple dedication. What a neat Experience and Honor it was to see our Prophet, President Monson, and see his wonderful sense of humor as he interacted with all the Brethren, Sisters and Children who surrounded him. Truly a day that we will never forget!

The Short Kids were at their moms house for the weekend. Shaylene, Collin and Kendon also were able to participate in the Temple Dedication with their ward there.
