Can you Believe It?

I am all caught up on my blog. I am so excited to be up to date again. I have spent the last couple of days catching up for almost 2 months of back entry's. All my family in Utah will be so proud of me. They keep sending me e-mails telling me that they are waiting for new stuff to be on our blog. Well now they can't complain any longer..... Sit back and get caught up on what we have been doing. Once you see all the posts, you will know that we were just plain to busy to keep up on the posts for our blog. We have pictures of it all. Family Date

Today we took the whole family on a date. Both Collin and Shaylene had birthday money burning a hole in their pockets. We have been so busy with every thing else that we just have not had the time to take them out. So today we made a day of it. Collin ended up with a new MP3 player, and Shaylene ended up with more clothes and shoes. We took all the kids to see Monsters VS. Aliens at the IMAX in 3-D. It was amazing. All the kids loved the show. Grandpa and Grandma Short met up with us and we all watched it together. Afterwards we got Pizza for dinner and went to the park. We had a fun time being together as a family.

Spring Break - Friday

Today, Merilee called and invited McKenzie and Morgan over to play in the water and with water balloons. They had alot of fun!

Spring Break- Thursday

Today was a errand day... Adam was able to borrow his dad's truck to go to work so we could have the van for the day. The day started off with going to the doctor ... this time for me. I have been long over due for my allergy shot and since I started babysitting I never have time during the week to go, and since my doctor is not open on weekends, it just never worked out. We also went to Target and Wal-Mart for groceries etc..... The girls were little troopers. I told them that if they just tag along and help we get all the things done that I needed to do, then I would buy them a toy of their choice {with a $$$ limit}. They helped me out...It was great spending the day with my girls.

She picked Barbie with a pet dog. McKenzie picked out a new Baby Doll,

After all the running around all day long, I didn't have time to get anything ready for dinner..

{Good Excuse, don't you think?} So I called Adam, and told him to meet us at our favorite restaurant for dinner.....

The girls had balloons made for them while we were eating....

We had a great time !!!

Spring Break-Wednesday

It's Wednesday of Spring Break, McKenzie has been on her meds for 24 hours. What a difference a day makes. She is still coughing...but no more fevers.... Yeah! She kept improving as the day went on.

Morgan helped me plant the flowers in the planters.
McKenzie just hung out and played with Abbie and watched us plant.

Adam called me from work and said that he thought since McKenzie was feeling better, that we should take the girls to Peter Piper Pizza...

Boy did we have to twist their arms...but they finally agreed that it would be a fun thing to do....

So off we went...

I had been craving Bahama Bucks Strawberry Colada for weeks...

So on the way home we stopped off for dessert.....

Now, were all hooked on Bahama Bucks !!!

Spring Break-Tuesday

After a CrAzY, up all night with a very SICK McKenzie...a trip to Urgent care...and a trip to Wal-Mart for prescriptions.... This is what we our Tuesday consisted of...

Morgan and I just hung out while McKenzie slept ... We watched movies and Morgan played her Barbie Horse Play Station Game. Later on while I was making dinner....this is what Morgan said...

Spring Break - Monday

Today, we planted flowers. The girls painted their own pots and planted their own flowers. There is alot of pictures but I just had to show them all ....

Then we started on the flower beds...

It's so nice to have some color in our rock yard.

We also planted a few trees
